    Feeding is very essential for trader because sitting way of life can cause lots of desiases of cardiovascular and musculo-skeletal system. You can trade with immense profit but you can die in 50 or before if you won’t feed yourself carefuly. Of course I take gingko biloba and concentrated garlic but I don’t rely on pills to stay healthy. In the afternoon I go to the canteen and eat business-lunch and I never eat fast-food. When I get up in the morning I do morning exercises and even when it is very essential I won’t work without morning exercises. And off course, sunset running in the evening is very helpful for me.
