FxMath Daily Trader EA - safe, stable, trend following

Hello, dear readers, Forex traders! For Your attention Forex robot “FxMath Daily Trader”. It’s multicurrency EA, worked in daily (D1) charts and it’s trend following. In this review, we test him in the history of each currency pair separately and evaluate the results.

Robot characteristics

Platform: MetaTrader 4
Currency Pairs: EURUSD, EURJPY, GBPUSD, USDCAD, USDJPY
Timeframe: D1
Trading Time: all sessions
Recommended Broker: Roboforex, Instaforex, Hotforex

Installation

Installation is very simple: open your Metatrader 4 terminal. Press File > then Open Data Folder>, and that’s it – here You can copy the robot files (all MQL4 folder). Agree with all confirmation.

Attention! Settings of the robot for each currency pair and timeframe is the same. The same settings for each currency pair is fixed at the robot’s code, so You just need to open the required currency pair chart with daily timeframe (D1) and hang the robot, which is designed for currency pair precisely.

Strategy of the robot

This EA is assigned to trend following robots who trades in strong one-way movements. The Robot opens an order when will be the strong movement in the market, and correction occurs. Also robot uses few classic indicators RSI, CCI, Momentum as filters. The peculiarity of this robot is that he opens a new order at 00.00 PM and closes an old at 23:59 PM (at your broker time). That is why the trading results with different brokers may be different.

In case of loss, the robot does not use any danger methods, such as martingales, griding, averaging, etc.

Tests in history

The tests are made with each currency pair separately.

EURUSD 2012-2015

EURJPY 2012-2015

GBPUSD 2012-2015

USDCAD 2012-2015

USDJPY 2012-2015


Now let’s do the finally statement with all currency pairs.

Conclusion of tests: All five currency pairs shows stable growth without significant temporary losses (Drawdown only 3.21% !). However, it should be noted that in some periods the robot can floating in zero zone or small loss. Robot Profit factor - 1.7, it’s really good.

Monitoring

Used currency pairs: EURUSD, EURJPY, GBPUSD, USDCAD, USDJPY

Settings are as below:

  • UseMoneyManagement — set to true if you want to use money management, set to false to use fixed number of lots defined in Lots.
  • Lots — number of lots to be used if money management is not used
  • LotsDecimals - decimal places for lots - depending on your broker, usually 1 or 2. If your broker supports micro lots
    then use 2, if he doesn’t then use 1.
  • RiskInPercent — if money management is active, set how big % of the available capital should be risked per each trade. Standard values are from 1 – 5.
    RiskInPercent is used only if UseFixedMoney = false
  • MaximumLots — maximum lots the EA would trade - as a protection for mistake in MM
  • MaxSlippage — maximum slippage when sending the orders to the broker. Usual value is around 3.
  • CustomComment — comment that will be set for every trade
  • Magic Number — trade magic number. If you run multiple EAs on the same pair, each should have its own magic number

Attention !!! Do not change anything in settings, if you do not understand what you’re doing!

Recommended MM

No more that 1- 2 % of deposit per one order for each currency pair.

Conclusion

FxMath Daily Trader is a stable, safe and profitable robot, but in long-term trading. It is necessary to bear in mind that can be neutral or short loss periods.

Important!!!

The Robot requires a steady operation of the terminal from the market opening on Sunday evening before closing on Friday evening. I recommend you use a VPS server services if you are unable to keep your computer switched on.
