PAMM accounts analyst

I offer an analytical overview of PAMM accounts of the most famous brokers. And we will first try to understand what a PAMM account is.

PAMM account is a more convenient form of trust management, when the trader manages the total investors’ capital, working with him through a single account. The investor opens a managed account in his name; this means that a trader does not have access to the transferred funds except for the purpose of execution of trade operations. Gains and losses from trading activities are distributed in proportion to the investments between the participants of the PAMM account pursuant to the public offer.

Before investing your money in such instrument as PAMM-account, you need to choose a manager, whom you will entrust your funds.

Because all traders are ordinary people, there are professionals and amateurs among them. Some of them may be super successful and others show very mediocre results, or even can blow your deposit.

Usually beginning investors are interested only in profit, while the seasoned and more experienced are interested in the reliability and quality of management of financial assets and this is certainly correct, since before investing your money somewhere, you need to have information on a maximum.

Today we review the PAMM accounts of such brokers as Fxopen, InstaForex, Roboforex and Alpari on the subject of productivity, relevance and reliability.

Roboforex

Aggressive traders:

HonWenLin – aggressive trader, yield is 263% from November 2014. The chart looks like a combination of manual trading and martingale. This account is very doubtful for investment. Drawdowns are up to 40%. Verdict: invest up to 5% of the deposit.

Pilaris – aggressive trader, yield is 135% from January 2015. The chart looked a benchmark of trading at the beginning, and then accuracy of trading may have declined. Most likely automatic martingale trades on account. Drawdowns are up to 30%. Verdict: invest up to 5% of the deposit.

Moderate traders:

Pathfinder1 – moderate trader, yield is 263% from November 2014. Probably, soft martingale trades on this account. Accuracy of trading increases. Drawdowns are up to 75%. Verdict: invest up to 5% of the deposit.

InstaForex

Aggressive traders:

2137780 Vanguard Assets Invest. – aggressive trader, yield is 145% for 9 months. Amount of own funds is 20%. Judging by the chart of yield of the account the trader changed his strategy for several times. The accuracy of trading decreased in the last half of the year. Drawdowns are up to 30%. Verdict: invest up to 5% of the deposit.

Conservative traders:

8225375 ALIGARH !! – conservative trader, yield is 248% for 9 months. Amount of own funds is 16%. We can see very stable growth of yield curve from the beginning of the project. The trader enters the positions very accurately, doesn’t hold it open for a long time. Very good PAMM. Drawdowns are up to 20%. Verdict: invest up to 15% of the deposit.

1366933 PAMM-INVEST Instaforex – conservative trader, yield is 224% for 9 months. Amount of own funds is 37%. We can see very stable growth of yield curve from the beginning of the project. Most likely he trades using short-term bursts of volatility on the news. There are not drawdowns. Positions on average are open no more than a few hours. Very good PAMM. Verdict: invest up to 15% of the deposit.

FxOpen

Aggressive traders:

ECNtrade – aggressive trader, yield is 300% over the past year. Enters the positions very rigidly. Profits followed by losses and vice versa since March. At the moment it is better to refrain from investing. Drawdowns are up to 30%, began trading aggressively since January 2015. Verdict: invest less than 5% of the deposit.

MulTiScalp – aggressive trader, yield is 150% last year. This Trader enters the positions very rigidly. From the very beginning of trading his yield curve looks very stable. Pretty good PAMM account from the category of aggressive. Drawdowns for the last 2 years are up to 20%. Verdict: invest up to 10% of the deposit.

Capital100CONS – aggressive trader, yield is 110% for the last year. Most likely, automation with the martingale is used on the account (drawdowns are substituted with incomes, at the time of drawdown the load on the depo increases). Drawdowns are up to 60%. Verdict: invest up to 5% of the deposit.

Conservative traders:

DmitriyECN – conservative trader, yield is 170% over the last year. There is very stable growth of yield curve from the beginning of the project. Very good PAMM. Most likely the robot trades on the account. Drawdowns of the last 2 years are up 25%. Verdict: invest up to 15% of the deposit.

Alpari

Aggressive traders:

Uaforex-bis — very aggressive trader, yield is 3251% for the last year. Amount of own funds is 36%. Drawdown are up to 50-60%. Verdict: invest up to 5% of the deposit.

EasyWalker — aggressive trader, yield is 267% for the last year. Amount of own funds is 18%. Probably, rough martingale EA trades on this account. Drawdown are up to 60%. Strange, but still alive!!! Judging by the chart of yield of this account it’s almost miracle. Verdict: not recommend to invest.

CoolMan — aggressive trader, yield is 32% for the last year. Amount of own funds is 6%. In This PAMM was suffered 50% losses in 2014 and many investors brought out their investments. Since of June trading also brought extraordinary results, but at the moment this PAMM increases speed and rise in rankings. Verdict: invest up to 5% of the deposit.

FixPro — aggressive trader, yield is -9,6% for the last year. Amount of own funds is 7%. This PAMM showed a higher profit last year, but then PAMM was suffered 50% losses and many investors brought out their investments. This year, trading in this PAMM also appears dull, the account is in chronically drawdowns, but sometimes account fall into PAMM ratings as profitable. Verdict: not recommend to invest.

Moderate traders:

Income and Prosperity — moderate trader, yield is 194%. Amount of own funds is 12,5%. From March to June account was in drawdown, but successfuly getting out of there. Drawdown are up to 20-30%, according to the chart, positions carefully closed. Verdict: invest up to 5-10% of the deposit.

Koal — moderate trader, yield is 39,9%. Amount of own funds is 19%. This account was in drawdown often, but successfuly getting out of there. Drawdown are up to 30-50%. Judging by the chart, this trader makes a lot of trades, but many of them are losses in a row. Verdict: invest up to 5% of the deposit.

Hohla — moderate trader, yield is 90%. Amount of own funds is 48%. Drawdown are up to 20%. Positions closed in time. Very good PAMM, quite stable in a long distance. Recommended. Verdict: invest up to 15% of the deposit.

To Conclude

And in addition to everything else, in order to obtain steady income, you must carefully approach the choice of not only managers but brokers also. Choose only proven PAMM accounts for investment.
