Where To Invest Money in November?

Good morning, dear traders! Here is another edition of the monthly report on developments in the world of investing and PAMM management. Last month was full of significant events, which instilled uncertainty in the ranks of traders, which leads to uncertainty in trade, which certainly leads to loss. On the other hand, some managers of PAMM projects could adapt to changing market on time, which brought them significant capital gains, especially in comparison with their colleagues.

PAMM investment remains the most attractive type of investment not only because of the ease of use but also because of the huge community of traders who can improve their education through the mutual exchange of trading technology. The benefits also include a simple accounting of the trading portfolio and the presence of an open history that gives a possibility to use a variety of analytical instruments and test your own abilities to analyze trading dynamics, even for beginners. Understanding how to invest properly in PAMM-projects and to create an investment portfolio gives perspective to generate large revenues with small risks.

However, many managers use overly aggressive trading methods, such as martingale strategy or unlimited averaging (opening new positions in the same direction), which often, if not leads to a complete collapse, then at least deprives a significant part of the capital of the manager and his investors. Avoiding such trade is quite simple. As a rule, such a systematic trading is clearly visible on the chart and represents a sharp depression of equity or unusually sharp rise in volumes.

Today we overview these PAMM projects of brokers: Alpari, InstaForex and Roboforex. We also give the evaluation of portfolio managers and forecast about strategies used in trading.

 

Alpari

Aggressive:

EasyWalker – the last year of aggressive trade brought 486%, with the share of own funds at 18%. Given the 60% drawdown, we can assume that the manager uses already mentioned martingale strategy. Manager began trading aggressively from January 2015 and hasn’t lost much yet! But, given the high aggressiveness, we don’t recommend to invest more than 5% of the capital. For a month gained +11% profit. After the incredible profits in September manager apparently decided to rest. At the moment, the intensity of trade is low.

 

CoolMan – aggressive trader, in the last year has earned 8%, with 6% of own funds. Lost half of the account in the past year has forced many investors to withdraw the remaining funds urgently. Despite the absence of significant profits until July, the PAMM project is worth consideration. We recommend investing not more than 5%. During a month, the manager had -11% loss. Over the past month trader’s strategy has not changed, at the beginning of the month he continued to suffer losses. From the middle of the month, trading is not conducted.

FixPro – for the last year of aggressive trade gained 70%, with 7% of own funds. Last year, after a promising rise, lost half of the funds and lost most of the investors. Surprisingly, despite the repeating losses, the account still remains profitable. However, we won’t advise investing in this PAMM-project. For a month, the project has lost -4%. In the first half of the month the account was losing, in the second half it was getting out of the pit through the use of super-risky strategies. The month was wasted.

Soverwenstvo – the last six months of aggressive trade brought the project to 256%, with 1% of own funds. Despite the 7% drawdown, it is a very good option to invest up to 10% of your deposit. For a month, it earned +10% profit. The first half of the month the trader suffered losses but was able to close the month with dignity.

Grizzly — aggressive trader, gain after 3 months trading are 9,7%. The amount of own funds is 3%. Drawdown 15%.  Verdict: invest up to 5% of the deposit. Monthly update: loss -5%. The end of the month was rather difficult for the trader.

Moriarti — aggressive trader, gain after 6 months trading are 524,1%. The amount of own funds is 1,5%. Drawdown 60%. Quite promising trader, who has managed twice to double his account. Monthly update: +12% profit. The first half of the month the trader suffered losses but was able to close the month with profit.

CFD USA — aggressive trader, gain after 6 months trading are 489%. The amount of own funds is 23%. Drawdown 48%. Very high probability that trade  use an aggressive martingale, but the losses stopped in time. Monthly update: +9% profit. The first half of the month the trader was fall in drawdown but was able to close the month with profit.

DeWiz  — aggressive trader, gain after 3 months trading are 347%. The amount of own funds is 18%. Drawdown 20%. We see that trader use only 1 order in its strategy. The trade opens only by a signal. The profit/loss line indicates that this is high discipline, manager. Monthly update: -48% loss. Beginning of the month was marked by the strongest drawdown. The trader still have some funds on the account. Of course, we don’t recommend to invest in this PAMM.

AB_Elbrus — aggressive trader, gain after 6 months trading are 269%. The amount of own funds is 54%. Drawdown 45%. Monthly update: -11% loss. 

Moderate traders:

Income and Prosperity — moderate trader, a yield is 120%. The amount of own funds is 12,5%. From March to June account was in drawdown, but successfully getting out of  there. The drawdown is up to 20-30%, according to the chart, positions carefully closed. Verdict: invest up to 5-10% of the deposit. Monthly update: gain +6%. The first half of the month the trader suffered losses but was able to close the month with profit.

Koal — moderate trader, yield is 80%. The amount of own funds is 19%. This account was in drawdown often, but successfully getting out of  there. The drawdown is up to 30-50%. Judging by the chart, this trader makes a lot of trades, but many of them are losses in a row. Verdict: invest up to 5% of the deposit. Monthly update: loss -8%. The first half of the month the trader suffered losses but was not able to close the month with profit.

Hohla — moderate trader, yield is 91,3%. The amount of own funds is 48%. The drawdown is up to 20%. Positions closed in time. Very good PAMM, quite stable in a long distance. Recommended. Verdict: invest up to 15% of the deposit. Monthly update:  loss -4%. After a strong drawdown at the beginning of the month manager halted his trading.

GG0304 — moderate trader, yield is 70%. The amount of own funds is 1%. The drawdown is up to 15%. Positions closed in time. Very good PAMM, quite stable in a long distance. Recommended for safe investment. Verdict: invest up to 10% of the deposit. System losses practically the whole month. Traders’ worth to take a break or to revise its strategy.  Monthly update: loss -0,2%. Strange, only two trading sessions per month – one with profit, second with loss. Will wait for updates.

Conservative traders:

Stability — conservative trader, yield is 170% over the last year. The amount of own funds is 1%. The drawdown is only 7%. Probably the best PAMM on the market today, quite stable and may gain good investment return. Good investment for long term. Verdict: invest up to 15% of the deposit. Also, this trader has more PAMM accounts: Stability Turbo, Stability Turbo 2. All those accounts are more or less similar. Monthly update: +10%.

InstaForex

Aggressive traders:

2137780 Vanguard Assets Invest. – aggressive trader, a yield is 145% for 9 months. The amount of own funds is 20%. Judging by the chart of a yield of the account the trader changed his strategy for several times. The accuracy of trading decreased in the last half of the year. Drawdowns are up to 50%. Verdict: invest up to 5% of the deposit. Monthly update: +59% profit. It seems that trader has changed his trading system significantly for the better. Waiting for updates.

Conservative traders:

8225375 ALIGARH !! – conservative trader, a yield is variable % for 9 months. The amount of own funds is 16%. We can see a very stable growth of yield curve from the beginning of the project. Drawdowns are up to 20%.  Monthly update:  -74% loss. Martingale strategy killed this account, we throw out this PAMM from our review.

1366933 PAMM-INVEST Instaforex – conservative trader, a yield is 224% for 9 months. The amount of own funds is 37%. We can see a very stable growth of yield curve from the beginning of the project. Most likely he trades using short-term bursts of volatility on the news. There are not drawdowns. Positions on average are open no more than a few hours. Very good PAMM. Verdict: invest up to 15% of the deposit. Monthly update: +8%. The absolute stability. Standard competent PAMM.

Roboforex

Aggressive traders:

Pathfinder1 – moderate trader, yield is 263% from November 2014. Probably, soft martingale trades on this account.  An accuracy of trading increases. Drawdowns are up to 75%. Verdict: invest up to 5% of the deposit. Monthly update: -2%. Unbelievable jumps from 0 to + 98%, and all this for a month!

Conservative traders:

Pilaris – aggressive trader, yield is 135% from January 2015. The chart looked a benchmark of trading at the beginning, and then an accuracy of trading may have declined. Most likely automatic martingale trades on account. Drawdowns are up to 30%. Verdict: invest up to 5% of the deposit. Monthly update: gain +8%. Quite confident and competent manager. We move him into a conservative category.
